about

i linked with Jay bout a year plus ago at his spot in hollywood. laid down some thirst raps for the thirst traps while his verse spoke on

"unseen victories, invisible winnings, blessings in disguise, residing on earth sinning, it's hard to keep track nowadays of an honest living, but i keep my focus intact, chill with..."

floating through the ether of time, i find out that AYNT of the Justus Crew was releasing an instrumental album, and all of it was fire. this one, entitled keep the ghetto bouncing, nuff said. Jay had bahhhrs for this, so we did it.

that thirty second intro? i was originally looking for some spike lee shit, shit it had that aesthetic to it. then randomly, i remembered Jeru tha Damaja having a "reasoned discussion" with Lauryn Hill while Irv Gotti and Meth Tical blunted in the background. Lauryn's point about financial empowerment was the bees knees.

lyrics

i mumbled my first verse, so be aware i mentioned Atticus Finch
